Commercial property brochure for Pinks Court

Oliver and Simon came to Morse-Brown Design looking for a glossy, high-end brochure design to sell Pinks Court – a 7,000 sq ft Cotswold home with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. They needed a brochure that did justice to such a magnificent mansion.

They provided architects' drawings and plans, some commissioned watercolours, as well as existing photos, and we added further images of the local area and also created an accurate location map. We advised on and managed the print, resulting in a really high quality brochure for a really high quality house.
